Every ranking on this directory follows the same published methodology, because a "Top 10" list is only useful if readers can trust how it was built. This post walks through the exact criteria we score, how we weight them, and what disqualifies a company from appearing at all.

What we score

  • Delivery track record — verifiable case studies, repeat clients, and project outcomes.
  • Team depth — engineering headcount, seniority mix, and specialisation.
  • Client feedback — independent reviews cross-checked across multiple platforms.
  • Transparency — published pricing model, engagement terms, and communication practices.
  • Technical range — breadth of stacks, industries, and project sizes handled well.

What disqualifies a listing

We remove or refuse to rank companies that cannot provide verifiable references, that use paid placements to influence rank, or that have unresolved public disputes over delivery or billing. Rank is never for sale — a featured badge marks sponsorship, it never changes a company's score.

How often lists are refreshed

Rankings are recalculated quarterly as new reviews, case studies, and portfolio updates come in. A company can move up or down between refreshes; nothing here is static once it is published.
